• 8 ounces of softened cream cheese
  • 1 cup of sour cream
  • *2 cups of finely diced green onions
  • *1/2 cup diced parsley
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • ½ tsp vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. In a food processor, pulse the cream cheese and sour cream until well combined. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
  2. Serve in a bread bowl (optional) with veggies and tortilla chips.
