Ingredients

  • 6 sweet potatoes
  • 1 Tbsp cumin
  • 1 Tbsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 C milk (I recommend 2% or whole — a dairy substitute will also work if unflavored)

Directions

  1. Peel and boil the sweet potatoes until tender (cut them into smaller pieces to make them cook more quickly), then drain and place in a bowl.
  2. Mash until desired consistency is reached.
  3. Add in cinnamon, cumin, and milk.
  4. Mix and serve warm!
