Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup dried steak seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons all purpose flour
  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • 2 tablespons Dijon mustard
  • 1 (3 ½ -4 lb) Certified SC boneless pork roast, trimmed

Directions:

  1. Combine first four ingredients in a small bowl
  2. Rub mustard mixture evenly over roast
  3. Place roast on an aluminum foil-lined broiler pan
  4. Bake at 475 F for 20 minutes or until a meat thermometer inserted in the thickest portion reads 155 F
  5. Remove from oven and let stand 15 minutes before slicing
  6. Garnish with fresh basil leaves if desired
