Ingredients

  • 6 cups cubed Certified SC watermelon
  • 2 Tbsp. lime juice
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped Certified SC basil
  • 1/3 – 1/2 cup feta, crumbled
  • Coarse salt and pepper, to lightly season

Instructions

  1. Place watermelon in a large bowl.
  2. Drizzle lime juice on top.
  3. Add basil and 1/2 of feta, and lightly toss.
  4. Transfer to a serving dish. Very lightly sprinkle with coarse salt and pepper.
  5. Add remaining feta on top.
  6. Serve.
