CERTIFIED SC RECIPE OF THE WEEK: ARUGULA AND STRAWBERRY SALAD

Ingredients:
- 4 cups Certified SC arugula
- 8 Certified SC strawberries, stemmed and sliced
- 2 tablespoons aged balsamic vinegar, or to taste
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, or to taste
- 2 tablespoons toasted almonds
- 1 ounce crumbled feta cheese
- sea salt to taste
Directions:
- Combine arugula, strawberries, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, almonds, feta cheese, and sea salt together in a bowl; toss until well combined.
